Two paths to becoming an Elimu+ trainer.

You've seen it work.

If you're already part of an institution that has run an Elimu+ programme, as a coordinator, volunteer, or participant, you've seen what the SEE Canvas (Solutions for Entrepreneurship and Employment) can do. The facilitator pathway lets you move from the room to the front of the room.

You want to build a training career.

If you have a background in community work, education, or business and want to build a career as a certified facilitator, Elimu+ offers a structured pathway from training to certification to deployment.

Four tiers. One standard.

Trainee Facilitator

Observe two full programme deliveries. Complete the written assessment.

Associate Facilitator

Co-facilitate two programmes under supervision. Pass observed facilitation assessment.

Certified Facilitator

Lead independent programme delivery. Maintain 75% participant canvas completion rate.

Master Facilitator

Train and assess other facilitators. Eligible to license the SEE Canvas independently.

Facilitator certification moment

Certification is maintained through ongoing delivery and annual review. Facilitators who do not meet delivery standards are subject to decertification review.
